LEGAL NOTICE/NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Town of Lima, and pursuant to New York State Town Law, that a public hearing shall be held by the Town Board of the Town of Lima at the Town Hall, located at 7329 East Main Street, Lima, NY at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 for the purpose of considering public opinion relating to the amendment of the water billing rates involving Water Districts No. 1 and 3 of the Town of Lima. It is proposed that the billing rates be amended so that all properties located within the Districts shall be charged for water on the following basis:
- $6.05 per 1,000 gallons of water usage, also charged quarterly.If such change in billing rates is adopted, it may be made effective as soon as the next regular billing date for Water Districts No. 1 and 3. All interested persons are invited to appear at the aforesaid time and place.Dated: July 10, 2019

Water District No. 2 is the water district servicing the Rochester Road corridor in the Town of Lima north of the Village line. Water District No. 4 services Tupelo Trail. It is proposed that the billing be amended so that all properties located within the District shall be charged for water on the following basis:
- $6.60 per 1,000 gallons of water usage, also charged quarterly If such change in billing rates is adopted, it may be made effective as soon as the next regular billing date for Water District No. 2. and Water District No. 4.All interested persons are invited to appear at the aforesaid time and place.Dated: July 10, 2019
